Absolutely excellent tutors - helping us cover a lot of ground quickly, and really getting to grips with the material, not just in order to pass the exam but also to be able to apply it in the real world. I learned so much from the course and felt that I really benefited from hearing the experience from the other participants and also from the trainers. This was a hugely valuable professional experience as well as a welcome chance to immerse myself fully in an academic environment and feel like I was back at university for a week. The course was well paced and there was ample opportunity to share real life experiences giving context to the learning materials amongst the trainers and delegates alike. It was invaluable to be learning with others in a classroom environment as discussion can often aid the learning - to have your own colleagues in attendance was even better!

Thoroughly enjoyed this course - the content, the discussions and the trainer were all excellent! There was a lot to cover each day, therefore the targeted pre-work was greatly appreciated as it allowed me to focus more on what was shared and discussed in the room each day. I have gained a good grounding in the theory and lots of ideas about how to get started in practice, with bringing more structure and thought to the way in which we manage change in my organisation. I thought the course was very well put together and run. It was clear a lot of thought had gone in to delivering a good learning experience in a virtual environment and it paid off. Ranjit was a great trainer – evidently knowledgeable and with lots of relevant experience to share which helped enhance the theory we were learning. I was also particularly impressed with how well she prepared us for the exam – giving us practical tips and the confidence to do well.
